Out of 4 places i rented at in the Bay Area, this was by far the best. Apartments are spacious and window view of the greenery and pool was very nice. Owners are reasonable in rent increases, building maintenance is extremely helpful, kind and responsive. Had full deposit returned to me once i moved out without any debate. Really loved living here for 2+ years

Living at 2 Clark for 5 yrs was great, and when Covid hit, the guidelines they followed were strictly enforced.  the management of the building is very good, performing repairs, managing tenant issues, and many times going beyond the typical, for the residents.   an average of 10 +yrs as residents is not uncommon. if you like the mid century looks; LOOK no further take a viewing of the apartments.
