    My partner Ruben and I have lived at Azara for about 4 months now. With a big move from the East Bay over to the Peninsula, it took 8+ apartment tours for us to land on this community. In our first call with Dhesya, we described what we were looking for, and she knew exactly what unit to show us. We immediately fell in love with the apartment and signed on later that day. Since then, the entire team (in particular Dheysa and Ray) have been incredibly responsive and accommodating, not to mention their great energy and kindness. The community itself is really peaceful, but not so far from restaurants and shops (~5-10 minute drive to downtown San Mateo and Burlingame). Theres also a Trader Joes in walking distance, which may be our favorite part of living here haha. All in all, we highly recommend Azara and hope to be here for quite some time!

    Pricing is not transparent. They'll try their best to NOT return your deposit - you might be charged a lot more than your deposit. Keep photos and written evidence before and after you move in. The leasing office is understaffed and seldom available during the working hours when you need them. Please check other reviews on the highlighted issues.

    Moved out from SF dt, we are so glad to find this place to rent!!! The place is super new (built in 2021) and everything is well designed. The tone of the apartment is bright with quite & safe surroundings and electronic key (mobile app) everywhere in the community. Starting from the touring, the leasing team is very supportive and organized. It is true that the leasing process is not 100% smooth, but the leasing team is very easy to reach and cordinate with us well. This is everything we want for a apartment!

    This apartment is amazing. Not only are the facilities state-of-the-art, Dhesya and Ashley are so attentive and friendly I feel like we've been friends forever. Dhesya specifically was so helpful with our leasing process, even helping us despite a 9 hour time difference! I'm so happy to be able to call Azara home!
