Great place with nice selection and superb service.

I chose a white piece of granite for my bathroom vanity. The installer put in an UGLY brown piece in with a big stipe down the slab. When I presented the picture to the owner she said it was the same.  When I went to school brown and white were different colors. She said for a few hundred dollars I could pick out another piece. At this point I couldn't trust them to put in another piece and I wouldn't pay for their mistake. I was told the correct piece was given to the installer, but what did he do with that piece?

They closed at 4:30, i called and she said it was slow. I drove an hour to this place. The website says 5pm

Long overdue review. I needed a source for some granite or quartz for matching powder rooms, and was pleased to see Granite Outlet right in our neighborhood!  Went in and was pleasantly surprised by the variety and the helpful service. In my case, I worked with the owner to get something on hand, so the delivery would be quicker, and ended up with Quartz. The installers had to deal with my unusual requests to make two pedestals for paper hand towels to be stacked on, out of small, cut slabs. Also, a hole in each vanity, located just so, like at a fine restaurant, to discard the paper towel in, because there was a trash can underneath. I had very specific instructions and they dealt with the custom order.
