Best experience! Workmanship, kind team, responsive and professional.  We initially hired someone else to sand and stain our staircase etc, but the work done was absolutely not done well at all.  Our painter, from WOW 1 Day Painting (who I also strongly recommend) suggested we reach Freddie Sanchez Hardwood Floors to not only correct the mess, but to have the sanding & staining done right ... the way it should be.  Delighted with the outcome. The sanding was meticulous and therefore staining was successful! Benji, Gary and team members are excellent & I highly recommend this business.

The before and after photos speak for themselves! Our kitchen floors had never been refinished by the previous owners and definitely needed some help. Now they look brand new and we couldn't be happier with the results. Thanks again Benji and team!
