      Dear Ms. Patterson,We take feedback seriously but also want to clarify the services we provide. We do not have any attorneys on staff, nor do we have any influence over their fees, which are set by the Court. We have no care managers on staff, and any care managers we work with are hired by the corporate trustee and therefore not under our control. For the past 33 years we have taken great pride in servicing nearly 800 special needs clients. Our Trust Advisors are extremely dedicated to their work and provide outstanding client service.
