My homeowners insurance is still not paid although it was deducted in escrow 3 weeks ago. Then they FORGOT to send a replacement check, again by snail mail. Insurance must be paid at closing. How can an institution that requires wire transfer for payment put a paper check in the mail to pay my homeowners insurance and never even check to be sure it has been cashed. I am beyond furious.
