Thrive Pet Healthcare Urgent Care San Marcos

My dog ingested a rug and we were concerned about a blockage. The front desk staff was kind, helpful, and supportive. We decided to bring him in, and on our way, the manager Kirsten called us to give us more information to ensure we made the best decision for an action plan for our dog. She was sympathetic, candid about costs and likely options and outcomes. We hadnt even stepped foot in their office and I already had all the support and help I was needing in a dire time. 10/10 could not recommend more. Thank you Thrive!

We took Enzo our 5 year old Cane Corso to Thrive in San Marcos for severe watery diarrhea, blood in stool and vomiting. While at the vet, Enzo was observed to pass a large volume of red-brown, watery diarrhea in the clinic treatment area. He was seen by Dr Ashley Reynolds, who is one of the best vets I have ever interacted with. She is extremely competent and interactive with the patients.Her write up of the visit is the most comprehensive of any I have ever received from a vet. She devised a comprehensive treatment plan for Enzo and we implemented it. Happily I can report that Enzo is on is way to recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Reynolds to anyone having a pet in distress. I am happy to report this was the best experience we have had at any emergency vet in the San Diego area. Obviously we will use Thrive when necessary.

Dr. Reynolds was so kind and thorough in her diagnosis and explanation of it to us when our dog had blood in her urine (which turned out to be a UTI) on Christmas Eve. She and Kirstin, the tech, were so kind and compassionate, which really put us at ease. We would highly recommend them to anyones fur baby any time!
