They are understaffed just like everyone due to COVID etc but theyre doing well despite that. They always make sure to take care of us, fully they really care and the only complaint I have is that theyre busy. But, I get why theyre busy so it doesnt knock any stars off the review.

The first time I took my pup I didn't make anything of it. One of the doctors was on a sale pitch instead of looking at my dog, pushing classes, trainers , packages, etc.. made a huge, with an attitude being condescending towards us. my pup, was a little excited. This time around I went again and I got the same attitude. A grunt and "we can't do this" and with an attitude towards us, not even trying to make eye contact, instead looking at the ceiling she was. I was, like wow. This is the only place I've had to deal with my pup being a problem. Other vets don't act like that.

Went twice, bad experience. The vets assistant both times were patronizing and condescending. They we're annoyed and impatient right away. They were overreacting to my pups doubtfulness and uncertainty. Didn't bother even trying to make her comfortable or less weary. Didn't get anything done unfortunately.
