So I call and I asked them why they're not open during the week six days of the week and she lectures me sir if you're going to start your Monday morning off like that then I'm not going to and then I hung up on her poor customer service I am canceling my service today. I ran the largest waste management company in Northern California and these guys are a joke, they are a complete joke. Speed through my neighborhood, leaving hydraulic fluid in the streets. The hoppers don't work like they should. The trucks are old and need replacing to LNG.

Service was awful their worker Angel is very rude and he tried to give me less than what my items were worth on multiple occasions so much so that I no longer go to ESCO and I've taken my business to Temecula recycling where you get your money's worth and are treated fairly

In the decades working with EDCO, San Marcos, company representatives have been generally unhappy, grumpy and unpleasant to do business with. Today was quite the exception. An unexpected pleasure that caused me to stop and address the unique pleasure I experienced today, identifying and resolving billing issues.
