I wish I could give David way more than 5 stars. Put simply, he is one of the kindest and smartest agents on the market. First off, he always treated me with the utmost respect and made me feel like he was looking out for one of his own. Second, he is extremely patient and always took the time to understand my wants and needs. He never rushed me into anything. He went out of his way to help me with various home improvements. He helped me for days installing new sliding doors, a sink, guard railings, etc. And he did all of this purely out of the goodness of his heart. I bought a rental unit and as a courtesy, he put so much care and effort into finding me the ideal tenants. Lastly and most importantly, he has been a mentor to me in so many ways. He's extremely knowledgeable on tax laws, human psychology, finance and investing, construction, and being an amazing family man. David has my highest recommendations.

Beat agent ever. As a first time home buyer he has been there to help us every step of the way. Even after closing on the house he has gone beyond to support our transition and making sure our new home is the best it can be. Would highly recommend, especially to those wishing to use VA benefits.
