My partner and I found our dream home and I called Steve to set up a showing and apply for the property. He asked me questions about our household which I openly shared, including the fact that we had 2 service dogs. He asked further questions about the dogs in a condescending manner (which I answered even though I did not legally have to) and he said to call back the next day because they weren't showing the property yet. I called back the next day (Wednesday) and he told me he still didn't have time to show the property because the tenants were still there and to call back on Monday. Fast-forward to 8:30 Monday morning, I call Steve and he lets me know that the property has been rented because the first people he showed it to were well qualified. My partner and I were extremely well qualified and Steve discriminated against us because of our service dogs, never giving us the chance to view the property. Maybe this was a blessing in disguise, I wouldn't want to deal with a landlord who spoke down to me because of my disability. 0/10 do not recommend.

I've been using Property Management & Leasing for a few years and highly recommended them. Steve Bernath is always available when I need any assistance with my property. The professionalism from this company is superb. I am glad I found them!

Disgraceful. My fiancée and I were seeking our first home to rent. We both submitted an application (at $35.00 each) on Friday 4/24/20 and were promised a return phone call by property manager Steve Bernath the following Monday 4/27/20. We never received a call, I left a voicemail for Steve Monday evening requesting a follow-up and never heard back. I called again Tuesday morning and was informed that the home we applied for had already been rented. Not a single reference of ours had been contacted, and yet you were happy to collect our application fee and neglect to contact us as promised. Steve offered to reimburse our application fee, which I gladly accepted, but we will never again seek your services based on your actions and business practices. How can any other individual trust this business when you jeopardized our personal information and failed to provide the customer service you claimed to stand for? I expect you to refund every other applicant you denied. You have some phone calls to return.
