Called at 4:40pm on a Friday with a rush order needed so our daughter could get out of the hospital before the weekend. They did a rush job on a compounded med that usually would take a couple days. We picked up at 5:50pm to save the day. Highly recommend for their customer service approach. Thank you.

Incredibly kind and helpful. Went out of their way to deliver medication after closing so I could have it before the weekend.

Pharmacy had a special prescription for a week. Pharmacist claimed they didn't have my contact information but then realized all of my information was in their system. Delayed starting my prescription but assured me 3 times she would provide update however ever returned phone calls or called me as she promised. When I decided yo go to new pharmacy she wouldn't return prescription and refused to provide a recommendation on who else could make the prescription. She told me I had enough free time and could find new pharmacy on my own. Overall, completely unprofessional and disrespectful business that I would not recommend to anyone.

I am sorry to be given 1 star review, but i used this pharmacy twice, and I can't give a better review. The first time was ok, but i had to wait for them to call back me to let me know when prescription was ready, although they never called me back.. The second time, oh my, oh my! I left a message on a Sunday, nobody called me back till Tuesday, when i had to call back, again! Excuses were told by Clara, the owner. She promised a call back next day, but call never came, and when I tried to call back, i was put on hold, after saying who i was, but call got disconnected. Nobody called me back, i tried again, and phone was never picked up, so i ended up calling with different phone number, and phone was answered! Yeah, sorry, but it's not how business should be handled, especially from a pharmacy. They don't sell pizzas, but medications... Sorry P.S. prices are really high for poor customer service. I didn't know you can shop around for coumpounds...
