French Nails & Spa

I wish I could give them ZERO stars. I wouldnt recommend this nails salon. The employees are very rude. I called ahead of time to see if they had availability, I was told to come in 15 mins and they would get a chair ready. I arrived 15 mins as the man recommended. When I arrived I waited 30 mins! As I was getting the pedicure I watched as the one employee brought a customer to the counter to pay and stared at the girls purse the while tip waiting for the girl to tip her. After my nails were painted, I asked her if I could let my nails dry and she said yes. Then the lady rushed me by putting my shoes on. Once it came time for me to pay, the lady follows me to the cash register and once I paid she said what no tip? This is entitlement, rude and horrible customer service. Ive never had any staff at a nail salon follow me to the cash register and have the nerve to demand a tip. Tips are optional! Bad customer service does not deserve a tip.

The manager sat and barely looked up from his phone and grunted at me when I asked him to translate for my nail attendant as she didnt speak a word of English. I left with my nails looking just meh. I took off the toenail polish a month later to find I have a nail fungus on several toes .
