Sheri herself is very knowledgeable and patient. I had a metric ton of questions because I'm a first time buyer and she patiently walked me through each and every answer. Sheri, Natasha and Judy came in absolute clutch with a short window conventional close. The communication throughout the process was stellar, to ensure we closed on an out of state investment property that I almost lost, all in less than two weeks, from start to finish. You cant beat that. The level personal attention while comparing lending options, both with Fairway and two other lenders, while also considering DSCR financing products, with the end goal in mind, was outstanding. Sheri was recommended to us by a close friend of mine. I had high standards prior to this experience and to actually say that she exceeded all my expectations is an understatement. She was so knowledgeable in the work she does, also so passionate in it. Ive never met someone who was happy and intrigued to explain numbers and values to me. I had no hesitation to work with her after my first call because I had such a good experience speaking with her. Sheri always ensured that my husband and I were receiving the best rate and all situation beneficial on our end. Her team was also quick and easy to work with. We never had a hard time reaching them.
