CLASSIC BAIT & SWITCH. Purchased just under $2,000.00 worth of Crown Moulding and Baseboards. Sales guy named as "Tony" had me sign purchase agreement. All sales are final. He told us the delivery would be the next day. At end of the day he called and advised us they don't have the merchandise. Tried to upsell me or send me less quality without any reimbursement. When we went back for refund. He was rude, abusive, and loud. Law enforcement was called based on his behavior. He admitted to Law Enforcement that he sold us product that he did not have. He told both of us to get out of the store. Refused to give us his name or any information. This store is a complete scam. Stay away from it. I know they have other locations. Use to be named House of Moulding. New name Art of Moulding same crooks. Buyer Beware!

Sitting in front of the store that said they open at 9:00 and its 9:38. Im paying $150 per hour to have the crew sitting at my house. I needed special corners and this is the place to finish baseboards. Placed the order Thursday morning. They said it would be ready for pick up in a day, no call. I had to reach out to them Monday to see if they had come in. I got a simple text. Now I have been here since 8:51am and still one except the delivery driver trying to make drop. Did I mention I came from Poway so, not just a quick trip.
