SD Flooring Center and Design

We had a really good experience with SD Flooring while replacing most of our downstairs flooring (from carpet/wood to plank vynyl). We shopped around and the price we got here was the best we found. Monte was good initially helping us in the store The crew was friendly and extremely hard working. They showed up on time every morning and worked efficiently, and ultimately finished sooner than expected. Particular shoutout to Carlos, who did most of the laying of the floor. Super great worker! We're really happy with the results.

Monte was very professional, store was organized & has a great selection! When I came in to the store Monte asked great questions to see what my needs were & went above & beyond to fill them! He helped me design my new kitchen, stayed longer to send me the quote, ensuring everything met my needs & budget, as well as had great suggestions I didnt even think of! Very grateful to have met him & to have him helping in this huge endeavor! I very much look forward to seeing the finished result of the construction crew!! So far 5 star experience!

Came in to see about getting a quote for vinyl stone flooring. The gentleman at the desk talked to me about the process and I agreed to having them come to my home for measurments. However..since I work 4 10 hour shifts, I am only available Friday Saturdays and Sundays. Apparently they don't do in home measurments on any of those days. I am not sure how they are even operating a business like this. I wonder with most people working mon-fri? Bizarre! Weird thing is he then offered to come to my home himself to measure, but it'll cost me $150. What!? So un professional. Pass on this place, the vibe is off.

Do not use SD Flooring Center and Design. We had an absolutely horrible experience and they never actually finished our kitchen. We are still missing baseboards and a drawers. They have horrible communication - we would have to show up in the store to talk to them - they never called us back. They ordered the wrong cabinet and installed the wrong size island - they fixed both of those after many many months of pestering. When they replaced our floors they left all the trash in a big pile in our backyard and we had to pay for a dumpster and throw everything out. Jared and Monte are a nightmare to work with, use any other company if your want your project finished easily. There were many more issues too. Had a friend who had a very similar horrible experience too. Go elsewhere for remodel, their prices are not worth it.
