needed dental work done, and called as a first time patient on a Wed. and was seen the next day, Eda made me feel very at ease and welcome, and the staff that i saw was super friendly, polite and efficient with the patients that came in , I will use them from now on.

So nice and helpful. Can't say enough good about this dentist office. Completely modern and updated but still a good nice vibe for even me who was super nervous about going in.

I have been to this office to have teeth put back into my denture with no problems. Today I needed to have the front tooth put back in so I could look human and was told it would be Thursday. I told the receptionist the doctor didnt need to see me because I didnt see him last time which was in April or May but she didnt even try to help me. I ended up going to the dentist my insurance covers which is twice as much money and I have to go without teeth until tomorrow. I feel she could have been a little more compassionate.

Worst patient care!!! This dental practice is only about obtaining as much money as possible from your dental insurance and not about providing quality dental patient care. As a disabled veteran being sent through the VA community care program my experience with Dr. McBride from my initial visit was a complete and utter disappointment on how he treats patients. My enamel erosion (due to GERD and acid reflux) was accused by Dr. McBride towards taking opioids which I have never taken even after explaining my medical condition. Next due to his billing office not submitting the correct documents to the VA, my appointments were rescheduled because they had not received reimbursement from the VA. The final and most recent experience had me come to his practice thinking I was being seen for a crown, only to be told he had not received payment from the VA and that I needed to work with his billing technician about contacting the VA and getting reimbursed and no treatment was rendered. Needless to say I wasted my time coming into his office under the guise of an appointment only to be told I would not be treated. Truly disappointed with my experience and being treated as a second class citizen after serving and defending our country for 26 years.

I went to my appointment with Dr McBride in early October expecting to speak with Dr McBride about numerous dental implants needed.   Instead was met with Dr Thai - probably misspelled but pronounced 'Thai'.   I'm not sure if she was a doctor or a clinician.   And as best as I could determine, she has little to no experience in oral surgery.The office makes a big deal out of being 'Medicare certified'.   This is BS in my opinion based on other dentists I have seen who also provide medical billing here in San Diego County.  Every dentist I have spoken with who offer Medicare billing use an outside 3rd party to do the medical billing for them. Dr McBride's third party biller - Moore Martini Medical - mooremartinimedical.com - provides the absolute least amount of financial coverage.   By being 'Medicare Certified', the inference is that they have some authority in knowing what Medicare will and will not pay for and it's just not true.  Any dental office can offer Medicare billing as long as the billing to Medicare is properly done.  The variance in what Medicare will cover is in which 3rd party is doing the billing.
