Marc seems like a wonderful place to live. If youre considering it at all, go see Dickerson! Hell give you an amazing tour of the place & give you all the information youll need! The pools are like being at a resort, the property is clean & everyone was friendly. Great experience!

Dickerson & Herlinda have been exceptional in their assistance! During my visit last week to explore available units, Herlinda was remarkably communicative and personable. She showed me a 1 bed 1 bath unit that was impeccably clean, featured brand new appliances, and also highlighted the impressive amenities of The Marc. Returning today with my boyfriend to secure the unit we were interested in, Dickerson was incredibly helpful, humorous, and exuded positive energy. I am thrilled to be moving into this community, knowing that it is managed by individuals who genuinely care about their residents' experiences!

I am a new tenant (moving in a couple of days), and wanted to thank the team at Marc for such a smooth and easy process - especially Dickerson who not only gave me a tour almost a month ago but also helped with the leasing and inspection part of it. His method of putting the potential tenant in the role of "resident" even while on the tour was really what sold me on the property. That and the amazing amenities of course!! It seems quiet so far (toured on a Saturday afternoon and did inspection on a Thursday afternoon) and really couldn't hear (or see) anything that would cause concern! I feel so safe with all the security measures and I can't wait to move in. Thanks again to Dickerson and the team!
