We are from out of the area and purchased some Uggs for one of our clients back home. They did not fit and on our next trip back to Pismo we stopped by and received credit with no problems. Lucas went above and beyond to find my wife the Birkenstock sandals she fell in love with that were no longer in stock. Thank you Lucas and Shoe Surfing for everything! Great local shoe store!! Buy local!!
