I had a really complicated transaction that needed to be completed quickly. I work full-time and needed a full service office that could handle everything. It was a rental that was occupied, and it was a 1031 exchange. Abel and his team took care of everything. The house sold quickly, for top dollar. Would give more stars if I could, Abel and his team are very professional. You can tell right away that these veteran agents know what they're doing. Great communication, very knowledgeable, reliable, and fast. We listed our house and 6 days later accepted an offer, they explained every step and were always ready with answers for any of our questions (even after business hours).
