Rebecca helped my family and me set up a regular meditation practice together. It has brought so much connectedness, calmness, and love to all of us. She also has helped me connect with my home as an extension of myself. I cannot tell you how much clarity this practice has brought me. Rebecca is so understanding, after working with her she feels like a dear friend. She has a really humble approach to treatment and is happiest to take whatever approach is best at the time, her technique is really extremely versatile. She is an awesome therapist, yoga teacher, meditation coach and I really appreciate the time I was fortunate enough to spend with her. I highly and honestly recommend working with her :) !!

I highly recommend Rebecca as a therapist and meditation teacher. Working with Rebecca I learned practical tools to take care of myself emotionally and communicate with my loved ones better. It was truly life changing!

Rebecca has been an amazing therapist as well as yoga/meditation teacher. She has helped me in so many other ways than just talk therapy. Whether it's just talking through what I'm a crying disaster about and finding ways to deal with it, or doing walking meditation, eating meditation, and listening meditation (to name a few), I always leave in a satisfied, and overall much better state. Therapy has always been talked about as daunting in my life, however I LOOK FORWARD to coming to therapy with Rebecca. Definitely recommend!!
