        I love the small class sizes and sense of community. The space itself is lovely and cozy. The instructors are great and the classes are challenging in all the right ways. I always end up incredibly sore the next day, which is exactly what I would hope for!

        Took a class for the first time last week. I moved to slo recently and was on the hunt for a good yoga/ Pilates studio. This place is adorable and I really enjoyed class! I will say the space is super small, but small classes make it a better experience imo :)

        Sol is the best studio I have been to on the central coast! Their classes are the perfect balance of fun and challenging. Sol does a great job of creating an inviting studio that makes you want to continue coming back!
