Ellie is the best realtor around! From helping us come in with the perfect offer that was strong enough to be accepted without overshooting it, to getting various contractors out to look at all potential issues like the roof, kitchen mold, and chimney all within a 7 day inspection period (!!), to referring us to a local lender that was able to work quickly and get us approved on an expedited timeline, to negotiating seller credits and handling all other communication, to even giving us recommendations for painters and movers, Ellie was truly with us every step of the way and was incredibly thorough in documenting and explaining everything we needed to do and why.
