I had an excellent experience at WestPac Labs, where the staff demonstrated professionalism and a remarkable ability to put me at ease. As someone who tends to feel uneasy during blood draws, their comforting approach made all the difference. Despite my initial flustered state due to running late and forgetting my paperwork at home, the staff went above and beyond. They efficiently accessed the necessary information and swiftly attended to my needs, ensuring a seamless and quick visit.

The staff at each location are friendly, but WestPac Labs is a poorly run company. On the whole, they are inefficient, slow and and unreliable. Further, their customer service line is unhelpful in correcting their below average business practices. Avoid using this company, if possible.
