Working with Sara has been life changing. Something about her gentle demeanor mixed with her straightforward Italian way of giving advice has gotten through to me in a way nothing else has. I didnt know exactly what I was looking for when I started working with Sara, but I knew that my mind-body connection was not there, and I needed to level up my life for lack of a better phrase. The blend of one-on-one coaching sessions, healing sessions, and access to Saras online course has taken me on an immersive journey toward spiritual healing. Sara has changed the way I look at how food energetically effects my body, how I personally connect with the universe, and has helped me push through subconscious roadblocks that have been holding me back from reaching my full potential. Before working with Sara, I felt rushed to change, was stuck in my own head, and didnt fully trust that the universe has my back. Following Saras advice regarding my daily habits, food choices, and way of perceiving my life has led to a baseline level of happiness I havent felt in years, if ever. Saras coaching works! I am forever grateful for her knowledge and skills as a healer.

Sara made a massive impact on my relationship with myself, to food and intuition. During our 3 months together, Sara guided me through steps, mindsets and intuitive practice to step into my highest self. Her approach was firm and supportive - which in my opinion as a coach, is an impactful way to help others discover their truth. Sara showed up to every session offering a safe mirror, created an open line to reach out between sessions and had an easy to navigate portal for the selection of lessons she offered. Although our 1:1 sessions have finished for now, I will be joining the group coaching Sara offers as I know she will create a space for continual growth.

I had a great experience with my reading. I was able to feel peace and stability after my session. I definitely recommend this healing to anyone who is wanting to cut off toxic cycles in their life. Healing is possible and especially with someone like Sara. She made me feel safe during session, and created a safe space for me to break toxic cycles. 10/10 recommend and will be doing more sessions in the future!

I worked with Sara for a 10 week series resolving issues with intimacy and developing my intuition. At the start of treatment she said that I would feel much different once we finished up, and this was true for me. I appreciated her ability to assess where I was at week to week, allow space for my autonomy, while also guiding me to explore the info that she had to share. I have been a psychotherapist for 13 yrs and know a lot about emotional development in general. You really cant do this stuff on your own, and I found working with an energy healer to have a different effect than the work I do with my psychotherapist.
