Incredible customer service and follow up fron Nikki and the owner, Adam. I had an issue with the fabric, they collected the couch,worked with the manufacturer, had it re-upholsted, delivered it and set it back up. All free of charge. Buy local and give them your business..they deserve it.

Purchased a couch from Brandy. She was amazing!! Super nice, patient and helpful. I can't say enough good things about her. The store has a great selection and its well priced. Definitely worth checking it out if in the market for furniture.

Our experience at Cal Deals in San Luis Obispo evoked similar emotions one may experience whilst opening presents on their birthday, or Christmas day. From the moment we walked in, we were convinced that Cal Deals was our new go to for both furniture and fun. The dynamic duo of Brandy and Miki were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful to a T, and most importantly; honest. Both independently and collaboratively, they built the relationship of trust that one seeks in a purchasing environment. They went out of their way to work with the delivery team in order to orchestrate a delivery time which suits our needs best, unlike the open ended time frame of between 9am and 6pm the month of September which the cable companies offer. I am not one to leave reviews at all, but when an experience exceeds all expectations, I would be remiss not to. We are thrilled with our new couch being delivered tomorrow...I can't wait to jump on it for joy. Thank you Cal Deals...but more importantly, thank you for your qualified staff. Brandy and Miki, you rock...sluggers!
