        I understand that iced coffee is typically coffee brewed beforehand, chilled and iced. Not at BlackHorse! At least when I went, my iced coffee was hot coffee poured over ice. The guy dumped out some of the coffee-water mixture and put more hot coffee in the cup. For $3.50 I got a cup of watery, lukewarm coffee. Not sure if this is general practice at BlackHorse or if it was this fellas first day on the job. Genuinely felt like I got scammed. I do not write very many reviews but the people gotta hear about this.
