        I Just left this bank and the teller was extremely rude! She Wouldn't let me deposit a money order THAT I MADE, back into my account. I did this before at another chase bank. A money order is YOUR money so I didnt understand why she wouldn't do it and was so rude and nasty about it. And then she threw my money! What is wrong woth people! Horrible service!

        Horrible customer service. The representative here who work for Chase have very low knowledge and work experience. The representative walk back and fourth to ask questions from someone with the experience (assuming that she asking the manager to help her). In conclusion, this branch have lack of knowledge and lack of leadership. No effort in helping customer. They dont know the correct information but make the customer feel stupid. Will never come back here.
