We hired them for a while and when we did, we thought they were good. So credit given where credit is due. When we paused our services with them we also mentioned we would rehire them again. They never said that there would be an issue with this in the future. When we then reached out to them to restart services, we were met with frustration and irritation from their CEO, Aaron Jones, when we asked for clarification as their services packages were not clear to us. I quote said CEO: "I am getting more irritated by the moment that you are wasting my time, on my time." Although we do believe they are a good security company, maybe their CEO should leave customer service in the hands of someone who doesn't have a short fuse when clients are trying to get clarity about re-hiring them... which we were ready to do. Given this experience, we decided to take our security to people that make us feel respected and safe.

I was just at Walmart on Davis street in San Leandro California at about 10pm. A male and female homeless couple were walking with their bikes in Walmart collecting items including a camping tent. they started walking out the entrance doors without paying an IPS security guard dressed like a border patrol SWAT officer walked towards them and asked if they were leaving with out paying for the stuff they had. they said no the guard said ok and walked away and then watched them walk out. I called the phone number on their car and a lady answered the call. I explained what happened she told me they were not allowed to stop shoplifters and that they are only there to protect employees from violent shoplifters. What a joke this company is I'm sure they are charging a s**t tone of money while doing nothing except adding cost increases to the products being sold at Walmart the guards and the company should be ashamed of them selves
