I went in with my family of 4 without reservations. They were unable fit us in immediately but gave us reservations later that afternoon. Wonderful ladies. Very friendly and accommodating. I had both a manicure and pedicure. My nails have been splitting for months--refusing to grow out. The manicurist recommended a dietary supplement and spent extra care wrapping and using powder to fix the cracks and stabilize the nail beds. They were still able to get some shape onto my already very short nails. One week later, my nails are still holding up. The color on both my hands and feet have resisted chipping and cracking despite having flimsy nails, gardening, and walking long distances in sandals and hiking boots.

I'm really sorry to be this person but I'm just very disappointed. I went to this salon for the first time today, and the customer service was great (in the aspects of being nice and attentive with the customer) but unfortunately my manicure came out awful (all starts customer service but the bad review is for the bad manicure). The lady had a really hard time trying to make it work and she just couldn't, I felt bad because she had been so nice so I didn't give her a hard time but I told her what I wanted fix and she couldn't fix it. My pedi was fine, and again, service is good because they're nice. Might've been my luck and I might try again just cause is hard to find nice people, but I'm very dissatisfied with the outcome today :(

I've been coming to Julie for 10 years and I can honestly say I would recommend going to her to everyone Julie & her employees are wonderful they always make sure my nails look great & if I have any issues while they're doing them it's not a problem to have it fixed. She is very accommodating when it comes to making appts also. If anyone is looking for a wonderful nail salon to get your nails & feet done go to Anna's nails & let them get you right !

I absolutely love this salon. All the ladies are so friendly and make me feel at home. Hands down the most comfortable salon to walk into if you are new or returning client. Julie has been doing my nails for over 9 years along with May, who does my pedicures. I always leave so relaxed and feeling so fresh. If you want top-notch service this is the salon for you.
