This was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail shop if you can even call it that! Me and my cousins went into the business on July 23rd. There were several women working that day and we had to wait 30 minutes in a hot nail shop before we received service. Come to find out only one of the women does nails. I only needed one nail fixed and my cousin needed a acrylic fill. The lady started with me she started to remove my broken nail and continuously cut and scraped my skin! I had to stop her it was really painful! So then she went to do my cousin fill and my cousin experienced the same pain! She endured it. Her fill took over an hour which is absolutely ridiculous! Than everyone began to pack up and start closing the shop and my nail still was not fixed! She refused to do my nail and I continued to ask her to please replace my nail I had a wedding to attend the next day! She finally grabbed my hair and proceeded to give me a press on nail with no acrylic than refused to cut the nail down and shape it, I had to do it myself. Yes a press on nail from a nail shop (terrible) than charged me $5 for the terrible work also she claimed they did not have any stones at all to put on the press on nail she placed on my ring finger even though the nail she removed from my finger did have a stone on it. Oh by the way the entire time while she was doing my cousin fill the lady continuously complained about being hungry and how she is the only one doing nails and shes exhausted. I will never return to this nail shop. NEVER!! Oh and I asked for a waxing and they denied me the service because they were ready to close the shop at 6pm on a Saturday!!!! I wish I could have given 0 stars Services: Acrylic nails, Waxing
