During our initial consultation, Mike walked me through the loan process, expectations, and requirements. Mike listened to my thoughts, concerns, and gave me and my fiance options. I think that's what really made Mike stand out from other lenders... He provided step-by-step guidance and educated me and my fiance along the way. John 6 Highly recommend because hell work with you to get a loan and after you get the loan hell make sure youre not alone in the homeownership endeavor. Michael helped me get a lone before I was able to get a loan. My credit score was low and needed to get more income. A few other loan officers shut me down right way and left me with little hope Id ever qualify. Michael took the time to analyze my situation and gave me pointers on the areas that needed work. A few months after working that out I came back to him and BAM I qualified for a great loan. After we got our house he helped me understand all the other bills that come with buying a home. 2yrs later I can say hes as willing and able to help with what ever questions I have. He replies in a timely matter and randomly checks in on me to make sure Im doing ok personally as well as financially. Strongly recommend!
