I'm utterly disappointed with Hoang's work. I have a small project, to replace my old concrete with new one in the back yard and couple other small things. His communication, attention to detail, and professionalism are questionable, resulting an uneven colored concrete and a frustrated customer.Communication - Hoang told me he will start at 8, but he and his crew showed up just pass 7. No text or phone call to give me heads up. I heard them before seeing them. It's rude to enter someone's property like this, but as long as work is done right, it's ok by me.Attention to detail -1. When doing the demo, my main contractor offered Hoang cardboard box to protect my patio door from concrete fragments, which he refused. Soon after, a few pieces hit the patio door glass and made loud sound. Luckily, my patio door is basic and old. But what if patio door is new and gets damaged or glass gets broken? This could've easily been prevented.2. Hoang and his crew didn't give a sh*t about my patio furniture. I bought a brand new picnic table for the yard. Hoang put concrete seal containers on it, the sealant is chemical, and left a few drips and marks on it. Fortunately, once hardened, I can scrape it off, and I mentioned it to Hoang not to use it again. However, two days later, when reapplying concrete color, there were some powder adhered to the tabletop. Hoang washed it with water but didn't leave it to dry properly, and now my picnic table looks like this!! (see pic) My camping chair pocket is full of water as well from the washing!3. Worst of all, when applying concrete sealant/coating, Hoang didn't protect adjacent exterior wall, so the sealant was sprayed everywhere and now my house wall next to patio door looks like this!! (see pics) I now have to buy solvent and clean it up this mess myself.Professionalism - Hoang's English is not so good, which if fine. I'm an immigrant myself, I can totally relate to this. But throughout the project, Hoang didn't explain to me how the work will be done. I need to call him to follow up what the next step is. For example, after new concrete was done, I didn't know he would come back in 2 weeks to apply the sealant until I called him and found out.Overall, it was a very poor experience. I would NOT recommend Hoang to anyone.

Needed yard work and gutting, found Mr. HOANG Online to do some landscaping and removing of unwanted trees and bushes. He did a great job and his workers are professional. Thank you for the work done! Highly recommend

We had a complete renovation of our backyard. Our first contractor left our backyard in a mess for months. We were so glad that Hoang came to rescue. Hoang and his crew were very efficient. We hired Toan to redo our entire backyard. We ripped out grass and ugly lava rocks and installed about 800 sqft of artificial turf. We added about 900 sqft of concrete to our existing concrete on the side of the house and extended our driveway where just plain dirt used to be to create RV/boat parking.  The final portions of the job was to push back the sloped dirt and install a stone faced retaining wall and fire pit. The end result was amazing and we love our new backyard. Our backyard went from being unusable and always dirty to a clean and safe playground for our kids. All done at a fair price.Toan was responsive through out the project with all communication. If something went wrong he would make sure it was fixed.My main issue was that the project could have been managed better (i.e. ordering material ahead of time) but mostly Toan subbed out the wood and iron side gate install.  The gate subcontractor was absolutely horrible beyond words; however, Toan was fair and came to a proper resolution regarding that.I would highly recommend T. Hoang Landscaping!! In fact he is going to start my neighbors house soon and possibly another after that.
