    Had a bad experience at this particular store. The young Asian customer rep was borderline disrespectful. And I didn't even get everything that I needed for the plan that I paid for.. And I called the store the next day. The person on the phone didn't seem to care about my bad experience or that I didn't get everything that I needed for my new tmobile plan (that I paid for). Looking at other recent customer reviews it looks like bad customer service here is a pattern !

    I wanted to give the 0 Star but it was impossible so I am giving it 1, I experienced the worst customer service I ever had. I was there to buy an unlimited prepaid plans along with a new phone , but the White girl who was there as a sales representative was Racist, she was showing her very bad attitude all the time , constantly using her own phone, talking to somebody over the phone, not to the customer. Whenever I asked some questions about the prepaid plans , she said she doesn't have any information, although she had the POS tablet of t-mobile store which has all the information where she could look up those information and tell me but she refused to do that and instead said she doesn't know anything, and said me to go and look over the internet. I was having some doubts that's why I visited your store to talk to the sales associate, otherwise I know you have your website. I would not recommend anyone to visit such Racist store where the sales representatives doesn't know how to talk to the customers.
