First time ordering flowers from East Bay Flowers (EBF) and will be my last time. I ordered flowers online on 3/6 for a 3/7, 11am local delivery. I called EBF at 11am to see if the flowers had arrived and the lady that I talked to told me they did not have my order I placed online. I gave her the order number and she could not find it. She later said it was probably some "system" error. She then took my order over the phone and said the driver would deliver on 3/7. I asked what time would that be and I was told by 2pm. I asked if the delivery person could text me to let me know the flowers had arrived and she told me should would. I needed the 3/7 deliver date due to recipient would not be available on 3/8. So of course I did not hear from the driver and called back. The lady told me the flowers were delivered. I asked did someone signed for the flowers and she told me no. I asked did the driver know who signed for the flowers and she said "it was a skinny guy with glasses". Fortunately, I knew the guy she describe. I will add though the flowers were absolutely beautiful.

Placed an order a week in advance with the speed delivery before 2pm. The first issue was it being 2:30pm and no delivery was made. The support line then told me they will refund the delivery fee and make sure it was delivered by the end of day. I then received a email stating that they attempted to make the delivery but the driver could not complete. I ordered them to a business with the easiest instructions. I then called 3 hours later to the delivery being pushed back with 0 communication on their end. They are now saying the order is pushed back a day which completely ruins the occasion and special plan. Im furious and it would be understandable if the order was placed last minute but you had a week to get things together. Such a let down and I will NEVER DO BUSINESS OR EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH AVASFLOWERS. Poor communication and they make promises they cannot keep. Thanks for ruining my special plans.

This is the best flower shop and I just love it
