The phenomenon of arbitrary charging is serious! Wisdom teeth extraction does not require bone powder filling, but this clinic charged me US$300 for bone powder for one wisdom tooth, totaling US$600 for two wisdom teeth. Secondly, there was no problem with my bite (which I had confirmed at other clinics), yet this clinic asked me to brace my teeth and charged me $6,000. I asked at another clinic, and the doctor said that if I strongly requested braces, clear braces would only cost US$5,000. The steel teeth here will charge 6,000...the only thing in my mind is to defraud the patient's money. It's so black-hearted and terrible!

The staff are very patient and understanding. I came in for my wisdom teeth removal the other day, and they were kind enough to explain what was going to happen. And they also told me it was okay to signal when to stop if I felt pain or discomfort. I was super scared, shaking like a leaf, but I was totally okay by the end because of Dr. Zheng and everyone else involved. Even the receptionist at the front was kind enough to give me a run down on the post-extraction recovery process! I hate going to the dentist with every fiber of my being but I like going here :]

They are professional, friendly, respectful and seem to care about the comfort of their patients. Dr. Dale Zheng went above and beyond. I appreciated the dental assistant who cared for my son. The office is clean and they are patient with people who have anxiety during a procedure. They give you all the information you need on your follow up care and are always available to assist you with any questions 3/20 Had dental laser surgery with Dr.Mai. He is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and caring. He always makes sure Im in no pain and hes very calm which helps me. I will continue with these Drs because you cant go wrong with them
