Our Trust and wills were terribly outdated so we contacted Ryan Keenan to see if this was something he handled. He replied immediately, which we appreciated. We found his pricing to be reasonable and he was very knowledgeable. He charged a flat fee rather than an open retainer to be billed hourly. This made us feel much more comfortable. We had several questions and contingency plans and he addressed each of our concerns immediately and was very helpful in explaining legal rationales for the wording of our documents. The plan was very comprehensive and included a Restated Amendment to our current Trust, a Declaration of Trust, a Certification of Trust, Assignment of Personal Property that might have been left out of the Trust, Our Last Wills and Testaments, General Power of Attorney for each of us, Advance Health Care Directives, HIPAA Authorization and Waivers, burial instructions, instructions for distribution of personal property and Estate planning provisions. We were very happy with his services, he's very easy to work with, and it only took about 2 weeks to finalize everything.

Called 3 times since last week to schedule an appt to review a contract. I told the receptionist it's pretty urgent. She said she is just a messenger. All she could do is to take down the message. I explained to her if you guys can't take in a client, you should have the Courtesy to inform them especially I've called three times. She repeat it there's nothing she could do and hung up on me. I think this law firm is very unorganized.
