I am not sure where to begin to express how awesome Temphome Services is. We worked with Tracie and her service was phenomenal. We were evacuated due to a fire. Tracie negotiated our alternative living, and the transition was seamless thanks to her. What blew me away was when we moved into our apartment, she had thought of everything we could possibly need to feel at home. Hands down the best experience with customer service I have had. We worked with Sherree and Venessa for 2 different transactions and we had very pleasant experience with both of them. Quick communication, good tenants, rent was paid on time, homes were maintained well. Overall great experience and looking forward to working with them again in future.

Rented out a home under fire claim. Rent was not paid for last month of occupancy. Deposit will cover the damage left. Called about the occupants unauthorized pets(who destroyed carpet w/feces) Home became the neighborhood nuisance. Owners/managers think again before utilizing this company.
