        My fiancé signed an agreement to move in to an apartment and was told we could bring deposit the day of move in. Have the signed agreement and went by a week and a half later to find out our apartment was given away to ppl not moved in yet. We were told by the manager theres nothing she can do because they had out utilities in their name. I am expecting and they are aware of this and pretty much told us were out of luck.
