Saddleback Family & Urgent Care

I was very sick with a sinus infection and needed to see a doctor to get a prescription. The first urgent care I went to didnt take my insurance and said the out of pocket was going to be $300 which is insane. I left and came to this urgent care. The dr was very nice, HOWEVER, I just got the bill and my portion AFTER insurance is $614!!!!! The flat rate to see a dr was $740. THIS IS INSANE AND EXTORTION! Where do you get at charging these prices to sick people? What about people the 30 million people in this country that dont have insurance??! I want everyone to know the prices beforehand. No matter your insurance, these prices should be reevaluated, stop trying to make a profit from sick people!!

RUDE, EMBARRASSING, UNACCEPTABLE! I wouldve give a zero if I can. The two women at the front desk were not trustable, I was extremely annoyed every time I have to wait over an hour for my appointment, and they were incredibly not on time with what they said they were going to do when sending me the document.

I have been there several times. Everyone there is friendly, caring, and excellent. I would definitely go back again.
