I was very grateful that there was a Japanese male staff member who checked out the inventory of baseball gloves at other stores.

Someone hacked into my account to purchase an order. I called in as soon as the order was placed to stop it. I called twice and each time they did not care. Told me they would stop the order (twice). and nothing. You could tell I was bothering them. Order was delivered. Someone got charged fraudulently. I wrote in to get the order and points off my account and they cannot take the order off my record. WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!
