Audra came with knowledge about the area, and presented us with understandable and helpful data that was easy to understand and helped us with our decision regarding comps in the area and pricing of our home. I can't say enough about how wonderful Audra is. My sister's and I met her during one of the hardest times of our lives. Our Dad died in the space of a couple of weeks from Covid. Less then 2 weeks later we received a nasty letter from the reverse mortgage people telling us we had to have the house listed within 30 days or they would start foreclosure proceedings. I knew I wanted someone familiar with the San Juan area and found Audra on the internet. I really liked what I read. When I met her in person I knew she was the one. And I was right. She walked us through everything we needed to do. She got people to clean the house and the yard. She had people take great pictures for the listing. And most important she was there through the sadness and tears. Thanks to her diligence the house was listed on time and then sold one day later! Her help didn't stop when the sold sign went up either. She continued to be there for us through the whole process. I honestly don't believe another Realtor would have given us such care and kindness and the utmost professionalism. I have no hesitation in recommending Audra for your buying or selling needs. She is truly one in a million!!

When Audra came to my home for her listing presentation, less than 10 minutes into the meeting I told her she had my business. I had met with several other realtors (including all of the local "top performers") to sell my home in San Juan Capistrano, and it was clear right away that Audra was going to do the best job - it wasn't even a close call. Audra clearly understands the local market and the business, financial and strategic factors that were required to get me the best results. Her no BS style and complete confidence in her recommendations were exactly what I wanted, and she didn't disappoint! It was early in the pandemic when showing and selling a home had all kinds of unique challenges, and Audra worked her butt off. We did quite a bit of work to get the home ready and Audra was involved every step of the way. Every realtor that wanted to show the house, Audra would pre-screen to make sure they were working with a qualified buyer. She personally came to my home before each showing, made sure everything was perfect, stayed for the showing to make sure all questions were answered on the spot, and then she would give me a follow up call to brief me on each showing. She was always accessible and always kept me in the loop. She handled every aspect of the sale with that same level of involvement (inspections, appraisal, repairs, etc.). If you're buying or selling in San Juan Capistrano you would be crazy not to at least meet with Audra before selecting your realtor. There are very few people in any profession that I recommend to my friends, and I've never written an on-line review for anyone. Audra is the exception.
