Solstice Pacific Integrative Clinic

I originally came to Pacific Solstice when I was 17, back in 2021. I was really resistent to getting help, and at the time I thought their classes and group sessions were a waste of time. I ended up staying there for three months, and by the end of the time I not only met some really supportive people, I was also able to learn how to remain stable and use coping skills that have helped me get through a lot. The facilitators are all awesome, especially Anh:) I had her as my therapist for a while as well and she is truly one of the most personable and compassionate therapists I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I started mRt with them as well, and that really helped me remain stable a year later. After going through rough times due to my diagnosis, I recently returned to the program as a refresher. They are well organized and I am still learning more despite having been here before. Being in the adult group also has allowed me to get input from people with more experience. It's scary at first but if you give it time, Pacific Solstice has made and continues to make improvements in my life and allows you to work through difficulties in a safe and supportive environment.

I attended PHP and IOP at Pacific Solstice's Academy program back in October of 2022. They kept me there for 5 months. There was absolutely no individual therapy, and the only reason you'd meet with your "therapist" was to fill out another treatment plan. Not only was my time wasted here, because I did not see any improvements whatsoever from this place, but money was wasted. Lots of money. This place is a cash grab which promises things it cannot keep. And one last thing, this facility, which is a MEDICAL facility, commits many upon many HIPAA violations, and I'm not kidding. Don't let that 4.5 star rating fool you, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

My Way Out of Depression with the Help of Pacific Solstice There were only dark clouds on my horizon. And, for me, no morning sun was rising. Now . . . theres a new day dawning just for me. Theres a new life unfolding, And I am holding it Right in the palm of my hand. Theres a bright light shining just for me. Theres a new self and attitude, And a heart full of gratitude, For all the care and help I have received. In the center of my soul theres a blooming lotus. Thank you for my life back, Pacific Solstice. I have suffered from major depressive disorder off and on for decades. At Pacific Solstice, I found acceptance, treatment and a path out of depression. Through therapy, life enhancing workshops, nutritional support and guidance in improving overall well-being, I gained skills and confidence to practice physical and emotional self-care going forward. But that was not all. My treatment included something called MeRT (Magnetic eResonance Therapy), an advanced, individualized form of TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation). This form of therapy has been successfully used to treat psychiatric disorders since 1985. I found the 30-minute MeRT treatments to be very comfortable, non-invasive and enormously effective. MeRT uses very gentle magnetic stimulation to adjust brain waves as you lie back in a comfy easy chair. Within weeks they gave me more relief much more quickly than any combination of medication and psychotherapy I have received in the past. MeRT worked wonders for me! I can now say that I am really enjoying life. I love taking care of my 5-year-old granddaughter every Saturday, attending community art classes and getting together with my family more often. And I am about to resume my online teaching career part time, something I have not been able to do for more than five years. If you are struggling with a psychiatric disorder, please get the help you need. Consider MeRT along with the highly effective therapy and learning sessions at Pacific Solstice. Throughout my whole life Ive spent time in and out of group therapy, individual therapy and many other things related to mental health. At almost age 55 I was introduced to a facility that offered an outpatient program. I entered into this program with some doubts, having experienced many failed attempts in the past years. The very first phone call was met with 100% kindness and caring. The staff made my transition very smoothly and quickly and two days later I was enrolled and anxious to get started. The amount of time spent there is based individually for each patient. There is a whole team of people working to analyze, teach, and help you implement daily practice's into our lives. The program offers some of the most advanced treatment that I have ever experienced. There are daily groups that deal with intense healing and the opportunity to listen to others and their issues really adds to the environment. When I started at Pacific Solstice, I thought I would be this way for the rest of my life and never find a solution to my anxiety, depression and anger. The day I graduated was an emotional time because I realized that I honestly and truly have found happiness and love in my life again. To all the people at Pacific Solstice I had to say that you literally saved my life. Living day to day with anger, depression, and anxiety. I have finally for the first time in my life been able to wake up every day and use the tools and specialized training that I received to experience life in a way that Ive never known before. I know that I will always have issues to deal with every day but Ive learned how to manage these issues, and to live a fuller life. Please by any means possible if you have any of these things holding you back in your life. PTSD, suicidal thoughts, anxiety, depression, anger, etc. Take a few short weeks for the rest of your life and experience what I have experienced.
