What a reassuring experience! The first Mr. Buddy Leal visited my home; he thoroughly evaluated my plumbing issues without any pressure or scary story attached to the needed work. He explained in detail what took place and what needed to be done. Today, he came on time, was sharp-looking, did the job, took his time, checked everything was functioning correctly, and left everything clean. Thank you! I have used many plumbers in the past since I am a property manager. This company is by far the best in my experience. Dakota, the plumber who fixed my clogged drain, was really professional and nice. He fixed my drain making sure the job was done right, and talked me through the issue well. The scheduler who booked the appointment was a pro too- I booked a first available appointment for the next day, but got a call maybe 20 minutes later saying they had immediate an availability. Ill definitely use them again in the future. Update 2024: I used Drain Town Rooter again for a similar issue. Once again, the level of service and accommodation went above and beyond!

We had a bad kitchen sink clog. David came out and looked at the sink and found a clean out access point under the sink. He than went outside and tried another clean out access, but that one wasn't tied to the sink. He then found a 3rd clean out hidden behind some bushes. Long story short he could have easily charged me a lot more to snake from inside the house, but he went the extra mile to find an outside access point, and saved me money. I will be calling them for future plumbing needs. I appreciate David's honesty. Thanks.

Found them through Better Business Bureau. They are accredited with A+ rating. Initial phone call, scheduling, rescheduling, phone questions... all nicely handled. Ryan came over and listened to the problem and what I had tried as a DIY. He was transparent, easy to talk to, and explained all my options very clearly. He was also certified to work on my tankless waterheater. He did not try to up-sell service contracts or other services (like another plumber tried). Their price were fair (unlike other plumber). I would definitely use Drain Town Rooter again!
