went through groupon and i shouldve read the reviews beforehand. i went in just wanting a trim and i left with an uneven haircut shorter than i wanted and smelling like burnt hair because no heat protectant was used despite having my hair blow dried and straightened. definitely dont recommend.

Why signed your business up for discounted service if you're going to discriminate? Gave benefit of a doubt even after reading horrible review on how they treat Groupon customers. Left message first time which now I know why they didn't call back. A lady answered the 2nd time I called, and she first tells me one date (which is about a month out and I know they're not that busy, otherwise they wouldn't need to advertise themselves on Groupon) then she push it out to further date. If the business owner is reading this, you might want to pull your head out of the cloud, you're conceited attitude is not matching your quality of haircut.

I had an awful experience with this salon. I purchased a Groupon for Root Color Touchup and Shampoo at MV Beauty Lounge. When I called to make an appointment she lied to me and told me they were very busy and could not get me in until September 25th. The salon is very close to my house so I decided to drive over there, and the salon was completely empty. I walked in they asked what I was here for and I said I needed a root touch up. She said sure we can do it right now, and began my service. After the service when I tried to give her my groupon she refused to accept it and said I had to pay full price or she was going to call the cops. She is using Groupon to scam people and charge them full price.
