I have been a patient for many years and tried to make an appointment just now on February 2, 2023 and was told no provider could see me until May. The receptionist was abrupt and hung up on me before I was finished speaking. Very disappointed.

Went in for a small bump on my head. Doctor looked at it for literally 2 minutes and said to come back in 2 months if it gets worse. Somehow that interaction was a total of $150.00 - unbelievable.

Absolutely amazing!  Everyone in the office was very nice and helpful.  I have been to several other dermatologist offices and this is definitely superior. I saw the PA and she was very thorough, comforting and made my visit pleasant.

I have not been to this dermatologist nor have a spoke to either of the head dermatologist at this office. I am writing this review solely on the front desk/reception workers. They are extremely rude and disrespectful. I have called this office multiple times to try and schedule an appointment but every time I'm close to scheduling I end up not interested because the attitude I receive on the phone. I thought to call another time and schedule again but was treated the same but by a different receptionist. I get that you are an extremely busy dermatologist office and probably don't need the extra customer.. but I know I will not be going here. Hope you guys fix this issue because I would of waited months to be seen by the dermatologist I hear they are great. Really sucks..
