As a mortgage broker I work with many insurance agents. Mr. Gaffney's years of experience and flexibility of being a broker, give him the ability to offer excellent service even in the most difficult areas. I recently had a client that was purchasing a property in trabuco canyon. Apparently this is considered a high brush zone and after calling multiple insurance companies was told our only option was the state insurance with a high premium high deductible and low coverage (not a great option). In one last effort to get a better policy I contacted Mr. Gaffney who had a much better option that gave my client excellent coverage at a much more reasonable premium.
