My husband and I just recently moved from Los Angeles to Dana Point and although not that far, it was in many ways like starting over. We had many questions and wanted good information so we could choose what was necessary to cover our house and automobiles. Luckily for us, we found Rick who was willing to provide that information and implement the coverage immediately. Since our first introduction, additional needs have presented themselves and my experience was exactly the same as the first time. Rick supplied good information, offered great advice, was always personable, heard what we needed and once a decision was made, put everything into motion very quickly. Moving and getting settled is never easy and he made it much less complicated, no question about it. Knowing I can reach him and that he will respond quickly allows the comfort of knowing that when new situations arise, they will be handled thoroughly and with care.

Rick, is such a knowledgeable, helpful agent. He is always willing to go the extra mile by spending time discussing options and choices. I have never known an agent who gives so much of his time.
