I called for a simple price estimate for a sliding glass door repair and they wouldn't give me even a ballpark estimate. Said they would have to send someone out and charge a $89 diagnostic fee if I chose not to buy anything. They did not disclose this fee until I asked. They might be a bait and switch company.

This company is full of great people who really helped me understand what they were doing. I needed a new doggy door for my pup Scoop. He is a 25lb cattle dog so he is always on the run, and he loves to sun bathe so I wanted to get him a door so he could do so at his own wim! And the guys and gals at the Sliding Door Repair Company were just great. The girls in the office helped work around my schedule and get me an appointment as quickly as possible. The technician that came to my house was such a great guy, he gave me my estimate and even said hello to Scoop who was all to happy to gain a new friend. They gave me a return time and date and came and installed the new screen and dog door. The tech did tell me that it takes some time for some pets to get used to it and Scoop was hesitant at first but with a little treat coaxing from his new friend he was bouncing in and out like it was old news. I can't thank the folks at the Sliding door repair company- they made my day and my pups!

Wish Google reviews allowed negative stars, Avoid these guys at all costs. Had them come out to assess a broken window we had. After I paid the half down for the replacement, a technician of theirs came out that was supposed to replace the window had informed us that the window cant just be replaced and the entire door needs to be replaced. Been waiting weeks for someone to get back on a quote. Got so tired to have to keep reaching out, I asked for a refund instead. And now, it seems like they have been purposely avoiding after numerous calls and voicemails. Will be going directly to my bank to get the refund. It seems like they dont want to admit their mistake and dont want to give my money back. Highly DO NOT recommend asking them - unless you want them to take your hard earned money.
