Wanted to thank the staff at Panage for their advice for my bridal bouquet. They were very kind and took time to help me select flowers that would work with my dress. I just wanted to say thank you.

They did not deliver what was purchased.  I ordered through JustFlowers.com and Panage was the delivering florist.  I ordered a plant arrangement in a ceramic dish and upgraded to premium.  The recipient sent a photo to me to say thank you.  I was shocked and embarrassed at what was delivered.  I told my friend that is NOT what I ordered.  Humiliating.  They delivered cheap white basket instead of the ceramic dish with a few plants instead of premium.  After speaking to customer service at JustFlowers.com they said "the florist sent what they had."  I wish the florist would have notified me that they could not accommodate this order - I would have canceled and chosen a different gift.  I would never use this florist directly and I will never use JustFlowers.com again.

I ordered two arrangements this morning to be delivered to a friend in the hospital.  One arrangement was delivered 6+ hours later.  I then received an email telling me the other arrangement could not be delivered today and that it could be delivered on Monday - this was after I'd paid the 'same day delivery' fee (which was subsequently credited to my account).  Definitely not acceptable.  If I wanted them delivered Monday I would have requested they be delivered Monday.  The arrangement that was delivered was a very sad attempt at the picture of what I had ordered on the website.  The roses, pathetically, look like they are not long for this world.  Needless to say, the second order was immediately cancelled.  I shudder to think how it might have turned out.  No thanks ... this will be my last order with this florist.  To say I was disappointed is quite an understatement!

Amazing flower design and service! Panage helped me with a beautiful flower easel for a funeral. They were very accommodating and helpful! And the flower arrangement was amazing. Customer service was excellent. I will definitely be using them again! Thank you!
